Lisa supports individuals in making lifestyle changes through coaching in a thought-provoking and creative process that aim to evoke behavioural changes that are sustainable for better health outcomes in life. This, in turn, allows them to live to their fullest potential in life.  Health and wellness are basic rights afforded to all people, and through coaching, Lisa hopes to help individuals to take ownership of these basic rights that belong to them.

The principles of lifestyle medicine – whole foods plant-based nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, avoidance of harmful substances and positive social connections – are at the core of health and wellness coaching.  Many of today’s lifestyle-related diseases can be prevented and even reversed when these principles are applied in life. In addition, Lisa’s passion in understanding the power of whole food plant-based nutrition allows her the opportunity to engage in education and cooking demonstrations to interested audience.

Lisa currently lives in Singapore with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys creating new plant-based recipes, reading, running, going to the gym, cycling, traveling and creating family memories during her travels.
